Starting May 8th
Camp fees: $210 for the first child, $185.00 for each additional child in household.
Online or In-person Registration:
Now - June 14th: Office is open for registration during normal business hours, 8:30-4, or until camp is full.
$50.00 bus transportation fee, per child. Bus space is limited. First-come, first-served.
All campers must wear the teal camp t-shirt on trips. Extra T-Shirts will be available for sale for $10.00 each at the Recreation Center and available all summer at the camp Snack Shack.
No bus stop changes after registration.
All camp and bus fees are non-refundable.
Registration fee includes a T-shirt and the cost of some of the trips. Parents can refer to the camp calendar to learn which days to send their children to camp with admission fees.
Parents may choose to send their children with extra spending money. The Township is not responsible for your child’s money or belongings.
There is no nurse on duty at the Camp.
Summer Camp is for children entering 1st-8th grades.

Camp is held at two different locations this year!
July 8-26 Central Regional Middle School (509 Forest Hills Parkway)
Camp will be held rain or shine while at the school!
July 29– August 16 Veterans Park (489 Forest Hills Parkway)
Camp may be cancelled for inclement weather.
THANK YOU to Central Regional Middle School for allowing us to hold camp at your school for three of our six weeks. It will be a nice break from the heat!
Camp is held from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Drop off your child after 9:30 am.
Bus pick-up begins at 9:00 a.m. Bus drop-off starts at 3 p.m.
There is Before Care and After Care for working parents.
This program is limited to the first 50 children on a first-come, first-served basis.
You do not have to pay for AM or PM care during the Early Bird special. You can add on later.
• AM Care — 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. for six weeks — $200.00
• PM Care — 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for six weeks — $300.00
• Both AM & PM Care for six weeks — $450.00
• Drop off and pick up will be at Central Regional Middle School for the first 3 weeks, then at our Nature Study Building at 500 Western Blvd. (No busing available to or from AM or PM care. Parents will need to pick up and/or drop off from these locations.)
• This program is rain or shine, even when camp is cancelled. Children will stay supervised for the day at the Nature Study Building.
*Note: This optional program is designed to be completely supported by the fees charged.
Lunch, beverage & snack, bathing suit and towel must be brought to camp each day. Summer camp activities will include swimming, creative arts, games, field trips, special events and more.
No Refunds will be given.

All children MUST be Year-Round residents of Berkeley Township.
This camp is for children starting first grade in September up to starting eighth grade. Proof of age and residency is required.
You must show all of the following as proof of age/residency for each child:
A current Berkeley Township report card, birth certificate, a current property tax bill or utility bill AND parents’ driver’s license. No camp registrations will be issued without the proper documentation.
Online registrants must show proof of residency before camp starts. If child was enrolled last year, proof is not needed again.

2-Pay in person with exact cash or check at the Rec Center
For online enrollment, you will download camp forms. You may bring in proof of residency and birth certificate to the Rec Center anytime during office hours from 8:30-4, M-F or at the first day of camp. Please note: your child is not fully enrolled without these items. Once you are registered in the system, you will not have to show your residency forms again.
There is a 2.4% credit card convenience fee (min. fee of $1.95)
