Open to Berkeley Township residents with proof of residency (can be a valid drivers license, tax bill, or utility bill)

Open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 
Open Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 
Closed on Sunday
Collection of commingles, newspaper, cardboard, tires, junk mail, metal items and appliances, leaves, hard plastic, paint cans, shrink wrap, and electronics.

Recycling Guidelines

  • Cardboard: Do not tie
  • Glass: Bottles and jars (all shapes, sizes, and colors) must be emptied and rinsed
  • Metal cans: Aluminum and steel, food containers, and aluminum foil
  • Paper: Not shredded
  • Plastic: Only #1, #2, #5. Please keep lids/caps on. Neck smaller than the body does not apply to the recycling regulations.
  • Clean and dry materials only

If your item is not listed, it should not be in your recycling can!

Our Clean Community Program allows us to give different organizations the opportunity to raise money for their group, Eagle Scout Projects and Adopt-a-Spot/Road, which helps to keep our community clean.
