The Construction Department offers an online citizen portal. Anyone with an email address can register.
No need to fill out an OPRA request for property permit information.
Just register for our portal and get your information immediately, as all information is live.

With this portal, you can:

Make Inspection appointments online
Check the permit status
Follow inspection results as they are entered
Get live property permit information

General Info

Our Berkeley Township Office hours are 8:30 am to 4 pm. Acceptable forms of payment are exact cash, a check made payable to Berkeley Township, or a credit card, which does have a convenience fee and would have to be entered by 3 pm.

Our inspectors also serve Berkeley Township, Pine Beach, and Beachwood.
